Step 2 of 5: Selecting Sensor CHARACTERISTC:

<1 TYPE> <2 CHARACTERISTIC> <3 OPTION><4 HOUSING> <5 CONNECTION>
You Are Here : Products > Sensors > Analog Hall Sensor> CHARACTERISTC

Below you will find 5 different versions of our Analog Hall Sensors. The first 2 choices, AH and AH5 are fixed gain linear analog Halls that produce 2.5 volts with no field, and increase voltage proportional to South Pole magnetic flux and decrease voltage with N pole flux. The next 3 versions are factory programmable.
  • The PAH is programmed to produce output voltages at 2 field levels. If the application is to produce and output from a magnet as it moves from position 1 to position 2, this is the best model.
  • The PAM is programmed to produce a specific offset voltage (Vo with no magnetic field) and Gain in mV / Gauss.
  • The PAL1 has the advantage of being extremely high speed, up to 50k Hz.
  • Click on the box that best fits your needs, and you will be brought to the electrical option choice page.
